Please note, some preemies will not be ready to wear clothes right away- often not until they are 3 lbs or more. If you are purchasing a gift for a very small preemie & you are unsure if they are able to wear clothes yet, I recommend the crossover wrap shirt, bow duo, and/or knot hat.
